Delivery Information
Next working day delivery is free on all orders placed before 2pm (for delivery addresses in England and Wales)
Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on bank holidays.
Please note: deliveries can occasionally be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Methods
- Orders under 2kg weight – Royal Mail 24
- Orders over 2kg weight – DPD Next Day
- We also use a pallet carrier depending on the volume of your order, you will be notified if this option if required.
Delivery Upgrades
- Upgrade from Royal Mail 24 to DPD Next Day – £7.50
- Next Day Courier – Before 12:00 DPD – £15.00
- Next Day Courier – Before 10:30 DPD – £17.50
- Non UK mainland Postcodes – £10.50 + (this charge can vary depending on the volume of the order and your postcode)
Returns Policy
If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on 01462 895600 and ask for PPO or email us at info@packagingproductsonline.co.uk
Standard no-fault returns
- Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
- Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
- The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received by Packaging Products Online
- For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to contact Packaging Products Online via telephone or email, we will then provide all the information required to return the product.
- Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
- Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
- Packaging Products Online will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
