Making a purchase with KT Supplies Ltd

Making a purchase with packagingproductsonline.co.uk couldn’t be easier. Simply browse out site adding items to your shopping basket.
Once you have finished simply select “Checkout” and you will be asked to enter your billing and delivery details and take you to our secure payment process provided by Protx.

When ordering from KT Supplies Ltd you must meet the following requirements:

  • Reside in the UK mainland
  • Supply a working telephone number (this enables the courier company to contact you if needed)

If you live outside of the UK you can email us find out if we can deliver to your location.

Tax charges

For all orders from the UK a 20% VAT charge is added. All orders are accompanied with a VAT receipt. Our VAT no. is 896787138.

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash or cheque with order or collection in person, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Paypal. We regret we are unable to dispatch goods until paid for

By using our secure payment method online you have been assured that the information will be processed safely. We remind customers that it is more secure to make payment online them by telephone.
Online credit card transactions are processed by Protx and / or Paypal secure servers. We do not save card details on our own site. If you give us your card details directly they are destroyed once payment has been made.

Delivery Schedule

The majority of our goods are sent via Parcelforce 24 (smaller low weight items sent via 1st royal mail)

Our maximum flat charge for carriage is £7.50 within UK mainland (with the exception of extra large items); we guarantee to dispatch your goods with 48hrs of payment excluding weekends and bank holidays. However we endeavour to dispatch the same day if checkout is before 11am, stock levels permitting.
All delivery times are estimated to arrive on a 24 hours service, subject to chosen courier meeting our contractual terms and conditions.

Please ensure you provide any special instructions for you delivery or any information regarding access restriction or remote areas.

Prices – Parcelforce

UK mainland next day - £7.50
UK Mainland before 12pm - £12.50
Northern Ireland next day - £11.00

If you are not able to take delivery of goods, courier will leave a calling card which will advise how to collect your goods or arrange re-delivery. If you fail to act on this the goods will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a further shipping cost plus an additional £10.00 before we can send your goods again.

Missing Parcels

When you receive your delivery please ensure that you check the quantity of parcels in the total consignment, sign for the appropriate number received. Please do not sign for missing parcels as this will invalidate any future claims. If you have missing parcels within your consignment please contact us on the day.

Product Availability

Our range of goods are available from stock, we will hold you order, products are very rarely unavailable but we will always advise you accordingly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Privacy policy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act we will only use your details and personal information for our own business. We will not pass on any details to 3rd parties. We will only take details that enable us to process your order efficiently.

The information we require is, name, billing address, delivery address, phone no., email address, credit/debit card details unless payment method chosen is paypal.

Returns Policy

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained.

Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
